Tuakana Teina, is about helping little ones in their classroom and it is about helping their teacher too. Last week I went to Room 2 to help the little kids on the computers. It was like I was a teacher, because I was helping my Student learn about how to draw a realistic picture. Her name was Roimata, she is a Fantastic drawer.
Today after lunchtime our class Room 20 is going to Rooms: 1,2, and 3...
Its going to be so much fun!
I am a Year 8 student at Pt England School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 20 and my teacher is Mrs Nua.

Acrostic Poem

Point England School is the way to go.
Point England School is the way to go.
Stop think and do is what we know.
Everyone must participate, never give up that's the way.
The treaty was made in 1840, now we celebrate terrific glory.
People are brainy at Point England School.
The korero is to be kind to each other, its a rule.

The Bungy jump...
Standing on the edge I could feel my legs shaking, My heart was beating like there was no tomorrow. As I put my hands, the count down had begun. My hands started to shake, then I knew why, 1,2,3, JUMP! As I jumped off the bridge I could hear the sound of little waves. I look down and in no time I was near the water. I yelled "YaaHoo"!
My heart was still beating fast but knew that was a proud feeling. It was finally over, "YAY"! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy, I was speech less.
I HAD CONQUERED MY FEARS.
